DS Properties Investments caters to investors who simply haven’t time to research and perform rigorous due diligence on property opportunities. I help by performing all these checks and act as a representative for the buyer.
We started on the belief that trustworthiness, reliability and dependability must be the foundation for our main goal - building long lasting relationships with clients. We want all our clients to be completely satisfied with our service, which is why we work tirelessly to find the best deals for our clients.

Meet the client, understand their strategy, budget, risk level, and target returns.
We find suitable investment properties on and off market that match client criteria.
Negotiate with agents/owners and introduce investors to the deal.
Analyse numbers (rents, yields, refurb costs) and create deal summaries.
Help coordinate next steps alongside client (solicitors, brokers, refurbs) and manage logistics with while staying compliant and accurate with information.

A 30‑minute, completely free call where we get to know each other. I’ll learn about your goals, budget, target areas and desired returns, and we’ll see exactly how I can support what you’re trying to achieve.
Initial consultation + Sourcing Service. We begin with finding the best matched properties relating to your goals, go through the breakdowns, confirm the realistic expectations and where risks are. Once you’re happy to proceed, we provide recommended solicitors, brokers and other independent services. We work alongside you to make sure all steps are taken care of. Our fee is fixed out of convenience for the client (1% of purchase price +VAT). To get started, we kindly request a one‑off £500 fee, which helps cover the initial search and due‑diligence work and is deducted from the final fee.
