DS Properties Investments is the subsidiary of DS Properties (Rochester) Limited (Company No. 15911349). DS Properties Investments is a UK-based buy-to-let investment company focused on sourcing and managing income-generating residential property. We specialise in identifying below-market-value and strong-yield opportunities across the South East, South West and wider UK, with a disciplined approach to due diligence, financing and long-term asset management. Our role is to take the complexity out of investing in property by rigorously analysing each deal, overseeing refurbishments and tenant management, and building portfolios that are designed to be sustainable, tax-efficient and cashflow focused.
About me as a Investor
My name is Louis Dulanto‑Sime, and I’m the founder and director of DS Properties (Rochester) Limited and DS Properties Investments, as well as a hands-on landlord managing my own buy-to-let portfolio. I started investing personally in 2024 and have since grown my portfolio, giving me experience on both the individual and corporate side of property ownership. Alongside building the portfolio, I’m working towards my CeMAP qualification to become a mortgage adviser, which deepens my understanding of lending criteria and structuring while keeping my advisory career at arm’s length from my investment business.
My strategy is simple: buy well, manage tightly, and always protect the downside. That means focusing on realistic valuations, conservative stress-testing, and transparent communication with investors and tenants alike.
